PZU-1000 is a new product developed in response to market demand. It is an aziridine-terminated aliphatic isocyanate, a medium temperature crosslinking agent with outstanding yellowing resistance and flexibility.

PZU-1000 as a cross-linking agent can be widely used in water-based and oil-based textile printing and leather finishing industries, and can improve the physical and chemical properties of products.

The finished white powder of PZU-1000 is usually added at 5 ‰ -2%. It is evenly added to the formulation system after being dispersed with water or related solvents before use. The dispersion (in water or solvent) should be added to the system as soon as possible within 2-3 days. The cross-linking process is related to PH and temperature.

In general, PZU-1000 is best to be dispersed in water at room temperature and then added to the system. The stability after addition is affected by the pH and storage temperature of the system. The high PH system and lower storage temperature are conducive to improving storage stability until the ring-opening temperature quickly cross-links with the product.
