Capstone® FS-3100 is a fluorine-containing nonionic surfactant, which can provide excellent surface tension reduction properties in aqueous and solvent-based systems to enhance wetting, dispersion, leveling and other surface properties. Does not contain any VOC, does not contain APEO, Philippine flammable products, and is compatible with any ionic surfactant.
