Application of anti adhesive agents

advantage:

(1) Good optical properties, with almost no impact on the transparency of the film;

(2) Having the function of increasing sliding, the film has a low coefficient of friction;

(3) There will be no scratches on the film surface, and the film has a high glossiness.

Application in ordinary flat film

Ordinary flat film is used for printing, paper lamination, adhesive tape base film, etc. These films generally have a thickness range of 15-28 microns and must undergo corona treatment. The thinner the film, the easier it is to adhere, and corona treatment can also make the surface of the film sticky.

Therefore, synthetic silicon with high anti adhesion efficiency should be selected as the anti adhesion agent, which is currently the most widely used variety in BOPP film. If producing shallow screen printing films with thin surface or low haze products, smaller particle size silica or smooth surface glass microspheres can be used as anti adhesive agents, which have better printing effects than ordinary synthetic silicon.

Application in Aluminum Coating and Smoke Coating

Aluminum plated film requires good surface performance, firm adhesion to the aluminum layer, and a low coefficient of friction. Smoke film requires high glossiness, smooth surface, and easy packaging. In view of this situation, using organic anti adhesive agents with uniform particles or glass microbeads as anti adhesive agents is more effective. Due to the irregularity of ordinary synthetic silicon particles, they are prone to scratching the film surface, and the friction coefficient is not very low, making them less suitable for the application of these two types of films.
