Dispersants are also surfactants. The types include anionic, cationic, nonionic, amphoteric, and polymeric. Anionic type is most commonly used. Dispersants are suitable for powders or powders that are highly susceptible to moisture and clumping. Adding them can effectively loosen and prevent clumping, without affecting the performance of the body. It can be widely used as a dispersant for various food and pharmaceutical powders, ammonium chloride and other fertilizer dispersants, coating dispersants, ceramic dispersants, phosphate free detergents, kaolin dispersants, cement additives, paper dispersants, circulating water dispersion and scale inhibitors, etc. The product has good anti sedimentation effect.

分散剂的具体用途体现在哪些方面呢

The function of dispersants is to use wetting dispersants to reduce the time and energy required to complete the dispersion process, stabilize the dispersed pigment dispersion, modify the surface properties of pigment particles, and adjust the mobility of pigment particles. The specific uses of dispersants are reflected in the following aspects:

1. Dispersants have excellent anti crystallization effects on various types of food and medicine powders, and can maintain the quality of food and medicine for a long time without changing. They are an excellent and safe anti caking agent.

2. This product is an anti caking agent for fertilizers (especially ammonium chloride and ammonium bicarbonate), which can keep these moisture absorbing and caking substances loose, prolong product quality and service life.

3. As a dispersant for pigments, it can achieve the interaction between the product and pigment particles to disperse the pigments and ensure the uniformity of the paint.

4. As a detergent aid in synthetic detergents, this product has the function of dispersing dirt particles and calcium soap dirt, chelating multivalent particles, and has strong adsorption capacity for dirt particles. In terms of improving the cleaning performance of particle detergents, it is 5 times greater than commonly used sodium tripolyphosphate, and its ability to disperse calcium soap is 6 times greater than sodium tripolyphosphate. It has good anti sedimentation effect and significantly higher acid resistance than sodium tripolyphosphate.
