Crosslinking agents, also known as curing agents, hardening agents, or curing agents, are a type of substance or mixture that enhances or controls curing reactions. Resin curing is a process of irreversible changes in thermosetting resins through chemical reactions such as condensation, ring closure, addition, or catalysis. Curing is achieved by adding crosslinking agents.

So crosslinking agents can be divided into room temperature crosslinking agents and high-temperature crosslinking agents according to their uses.

分析交联剂在各行业中所展示的特征

Epoxy resin generally has excellent performance when cured at high temperatures, but coatings and adhesives used in civil engineering and construction require room temperature curing due to heating difficulties. Medium temperature crosslinking agents and high-temperature crosslinking agents should be selected based on the heat resistance of the substrate, as well as the heat resistance, adhesion, and chemical resistance of the cured material. The focus of selection is on polyamines and anhydrides. Due to the excellent electrical properties of anhydride cured materials, they are widely used in electronics and electrical appliances. Fatty polyamine cured materials have excellent adhesion, alkali resistance, and water resistance. Aromatic polyamines are also excellent in terms of drug resistance. Due to the hydrogen bonding between the nitrogen element of the amino group and the metal, it has excellent rust prevention effect. The higher the concentration of amine, the better the rust prevention effect. Only by accurately grasping these raw materials and technologies, and carefully controlling their quality, can high-quality crosslinking agents be produced.
