1. 2. Various inorganic powders activated and modified by aluminum ester coupling agents undergo chemical or physicochemical reactions on their surfaces, resulting in the formation of an organic molecular layer that changes from hydrophilic to hydrophobic. Practice has proven that the surface of inorganic powders modified with aluminum ester coupling agents can be used in composite products. The inorganic and organic ends of the coupling agent can react chemically or form entangled structures with the surface of inorganic fillers and organic resins, respectively, enhancing the interfacial compatibility between inorganic powders and organic resins. Therefore, using aluminum ester coupling agents for modification can not only improve the processing performance of plastic products filled with inorganic powders, but also significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties of the products, reducing water absorption, oil absorption, and uniform dispersion of fillers. For some low filling plastic products, it is generally possible to significantly increase the amount of filler (double or more than the original filling amount), improve processing performance (decrease melt viscosity, reduce mold wear), improve product quality, and reduce production costs, thus having significant economic benefits.


3. In the grinding process of pigments and inks, a measured amount of coupling agent can be directly added to improve the dispersibility of the pigments, shorten the grinding time, increase fineness and brightness, and reduce viscosity.
