Application scope of cardboard box water repellent:
Used in leather chemicals, papermaking, coatings, ceramics, textiles, printing adhesives, inks, shoe upper modification chemicals, artificial boards, release agents, printing auxiliary materials, wood industry, water-based paint, construction, petrochemicals, water-based varnish, agriculture, can produce surface waterproofing and reduce water absorption. It has the characteristics of being permeable, absorbable, and able to maintain the natural appearance of the substrate without changing its original color and appearance. Form an insoluble mesh waterproof and breathable film on the surface of the substrate to prevent moisture from being absorbed into the substrate, thereby reducing peeling caused by freeze-thaw and weathering and increasing the lifespan of the substrate. Wear resistant, scrub resistant, and resistant to high and low temperatures (-50~150 ℃). This product has simple construction, low cost, and long-lasting effect. As long as the construction is done properly, the service life of the waterproof layer can be equivalent to that of the substrate.
Instructions for using cardboard box water repellent:
As a waterproof and moisture-proof coating for paper surfaces and other paper products, it can be diluted with about 5-10 times deionized water when used. Then, the waterproofing agent is mechanically applied to the forming cardboard surface and dried at a temperature of about 60 ℃. The fibers on the paper surface have low surface tension due to the wrapping of the paper surface waterproofing agent, forming a surface layer that is not wet with water, with good waterproof and moisture-proof effects and low cost.
Shelf life of carton water repellent:
Under the condition of 10-25 ℃, it can be stored in a dark and sealed environment for more than 6 months.
