Several characteristics of dispersants

Dispersants can reduce the time and energy required to complete dispersion, stabilizing the dispersed pigment dispersion. Dispersants have the following characteristics.

1. Enhance luster.

2. Prevent floating colors and discoloration.

3. Improve coloring power.

4. Reduce viscosity and increase color loading.

5. Reduce flocculation.

6. Enhance storage stability, increase color saturation, enhance transparency and coverage.

We need to follow certain standards when choosing dispersants. Good dispersants should have good dispersibility, effectively prevent particle aggregation, good thermal stability, compatibility with resins and fillers, and not affect the performance of the product. They should be non-toxic and cost-effective products.
