There are two ways to produce fiberglass: mainly using short fiber jet molding, and a small number of parts using compression molding. There are many fiberglass molds with rollers underneath that can be pushed.
The specific production operation process is as follows:
1. First, use a mold cleaner on the surface of the mold to remove resin and wax deposits from the mold;
2. After the mold is dried, dip a clean dust-free cloth in the release agent, and then apply it evenly and orderly on the surface of the mold, with varying degrees of force from light to heavy, criss crossing. It is necessary to completely cover the entire mold, and then immediately wipe off any excess demolding water on the mold with a clean and dry dust-free cloth (be careful not to apply too much force, just gently wipe off the excess water). Attention: The mold that has just been wiped with the release agent cannot work immediately. It needs to wait for 10-15 minutes for the release agent to solidify before it can work. After curing, the release agent should be dry and non sticky.
3. Repeat application and curing of release agent: Apply and cure release agent 2-3 times according to the situation to ensure that every micro hole and corner of the mold is evenly covered with release agent film. The last curing time of the release agent should be longer, which can be cured for 25 minutes. As the outermost film is in direct contact with the product, it needs to be fully hardened to achieve the best release effect.
4. When the demolding force feels significantly increased, it is necessary to reapply the demolding agent. The recommended maintenance cycle is once a week.

After the new mold is made, it must be cleaned with a special cleaning agent, and the mold must be waxed three times and the release agent sprayed three layers. This can continuously produce 30-50 parts (the old mold must also be cleaned like the new mold after repair, etc.).
