 The basic components of release agents include different types of resins, waxes, silicone oils, and some specialized additives that can enhance product performance, maintain stability, and extend service life. They mainly play a role in helping epoxy resin products to be completely removed from the mold. Epoxy resin products have special requirements for release agents due to differences in resin type, processing technology, mold materials, production cycle, and usage temperature. Therefore, when choosing a suitable release agent, we must first pass product testing before mass production can begin. So, how to conduct the experiment?


 1. Select 1-2 types of epoxy resin release agents for product demolding, evaluate the difficulty of demolding with release agents, the surface quality of the product, and the suitability of secondary processing, such as washing, coloring agents, adhesive coating, and material adhesion;


2. After experimental screening, it is necessary to select representative molds on the production line and conduct a small batch test on the determined release agent model. It is best to cycle the production for 2-8 hours to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the release agent.
