Characteristics and usage methods of artificial stone release agent

Artificial stone release agent is a non-toxic and low odor environmentally friendly release agent that can form an ultra-thin and tough protective film on the surface of the mold, similar to PTFE. It can achieve multiple release effects. This release agent is a solvent based release agent that is easy to process in the later stage and can reduce the phenomenon of SM (styrene) residue in the mold, increasing the service life of the mold. Artificial stone has good heat resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 320 ℃. It is suitable for fiberglass molds, metal molds, and glass molds. The release agent does not transfer to the surface of the product, let alone affect the subsequent painting treatment.

Instructions for using artificial stone release agent:

1. New/old molds should be cleaned with appropriate mold cleaning agents. First, clean the impurities, wax or resin deposits on the surface of the mold and keep it dry;

2. Apply release agent evenly on the surface of the mold.

Precautions for using artificial stone release agent:The operating temperature should be between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃, and rain should be avoided during the operation.
