Compared with other die-casting parts during operation, the aluminum alloy die-casting machine has its own advantages and performance, and the development of equipment has been ongoing. The technology of its aluminum alloy castings is constantly maturing. Due to its high-pressure rapid solidification characteristics, the improvement of the mechanical properties of die-casting aluminum alloys is often accompanied by a decrease in the casting process performance, which is particularly prominent. Aluminum alloy die-casting machines are gradually being widely used.

1. Strictly monitor the die-casting process

During the operation of the aluminum alloy die-casting machine, the temperature of the aluminum water in its insulation furnace needs to be controlled to a certain extent&Plusmn: 3 ℃, which can effectively stabilize the stirring temperature. After stirring, the temperature must be adjusted according to the chemical composition of each furnace to ensure a stable solid phase ratio±2%。 The temperature of the mold must be checked and controlled to ensure smooth filling and orderly solidification of the alloy. Reasonably formulate and adjust the process parameters of the die-casting machine in a timely manner, conduct regular inspections of the die-casting parts, and ensure the quality of the die-casting parts.

2 Precautions for spraying release agent

Aluminum alloy die-casting machines need to pay attention to the amount of release agent coating they apply to a certain extent, so as to effectively avoid too much, too little or missing coating. For parts of castings that are difficult to demold during production, they can be directly sprayed with more coating, while parts that are easy to demold should be sprayed with less coating. When spraying paint, use a spray gun to move in layers from top to bottom, allowing the accumulated water in the mold cavity to flow from top to bottom and blow out the excess water.

During the die-casting process of an aluminum alloy die-casting machine, there is only one speed at which the molten metal is injected into the mold. During operation, the injection speed is only 1m~2m/s. This process is mainly used, and the internal pores of the casting are many and the structure is loose. Soon, it was improved to two-stage injection, which simply decomposes the injection process into two stages: slow and fast, but the fast speed is only 3m/s. Later, in order to increase the density of the die-casting, a pressure increase stage was added after the slow and fast stages, becoming three stages: slow injection, fast injection, and pressure increase. This is the classic three-stage injection.
