Materials with adhesive properties are prone to this problem, but it can be improved by adding elastic demoulding agents to the material or coating the mold with elastic demoulding agents before molding. Insufficient cooling (insufficient curing) of molded products can also lead to such problems, so it is necessary to cool them thoroughly. In addition, unreasonable mold design can also become a reason for difficulty in demolding, especially in areas such as injection ports and injection channels that are easy to stick to the mold. Increasing the extraction angle of the injection port and widening the injection channel are very effective.

As a countermeasure, reducing the amount of lubricant can effectively improve the characteristics of materials, as excessive addition of lubricant itself is one of the factors that cause scaling. The method of coating the mouth with Teflon can also reduce the formation of scale. In addition, damp materials should be avoided from being used.
