Because the use of release agents has chemical resistance and will not dissolve when in contact with different resins. Because the vacuum forming process is completed at high temperatures, the release agent also has a heat-resistant effect and has the function of not being easily decomposed and worn.

When using a release agent, it is not necessary to apply the release agent after vacuum forming, but to bond it to the mold before use. This way, after vacuum forming, the finished product can be easily separated from the mold. During separation, the release agent will not transfer to the processed product.
