1、 Mold usage New molds and polished molds

1. Apply release agent once after producing the first product (at room temperature);

2. Continuously produce the product until the demolding effect decreases, and then apply the demolding agent twice (depending on the product structure or production process);

2、 Attention should be paid to the following issues when applying release agent:

1. A clean pure cotton cloth or cotton mask is required, especially cloth with wax stains or contamination cannot be used;

2. If there is discoloration or contamination on the cloth used to apply cleaning or release agents, it is necessary to replace it with a clean cloth;

3. Before applying sealant, it is necessary to ensure that all demolding surfaces of the mold, especially the corners and elevations, have stronger adhesion;

4. After applying sealant and release agent, it is necessary to ensure that all release surfaces of the mold, especially the corners and elevations, do not have adhesive strength;

5. After the release agent coating is completed, it is necessary to check the areas with adhesive strength compared to other large areas and apply the release agent again;

7. To achieve multiple demoulding, the demoulding surface of the mold must not have any other contaminants, especially demoulding wax;

3、 How to achieve better demolding effect

1. Mold demolding effect, what is semi permanent? Semi permanent refers to coating a protective layer as firmly as possible on the surface;

2. Make good use of semi permanent release agents and use mold cleaners as much as possible (in simple terms, the paint should not peel off on the surface of the car and should be clean before painting);

3. Make good use of semi permanent release agents, and try to use sealing agents as much as possible (on the surface of newly made molds or polished molds, residual styrene will evaporate outward and spray onto the volatile substances of the product, which will fuse and cause mold sticking);

4. Check the different effects and strengths before and after coating.
