Capstone ® 62-MA industrial intermediate from Chemours ™ (Originally DuPont) ™） The research and development production is a partially fluorinated methyl acrylic acid monomer obtained from straight chain 6,2-homopolymer ethanol, which appears as a colorless, pale yellow to yellow clear liquid. In compliance with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the content of PFOA (ammonium perfluorooctanoate and its salts) has been reduced to below the instrument detection limit (LOD).        Capstone ® 62-MA industrial intermediate can react with various acrylic monomers to synthesize fluorinated acrylic copolymers. It can reduce the surface energy of the original resin, improve weather resistance, stain resistance, and hydrophobicity.
