Capstone ® FS-31 fluorinated surfactant does not contain any VOC (volatile organic compounds), APEO (alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether), is non flammable, and is compatible with any ionic surfactant.
Capstone® FS-31 Fluorine surfactants can exhibit excellent wetting ability at very low doses.
Capstone ® FS-31 can stably exist in ordinary, acidic, saline, and hard water environments, making it suitable for various systems.

Chemours (formerly DuPont) surfactant Capstone ® Application of FS-31 Fluorinated Non Ionic Surfactant:
Water based floor paint, floor wax, and polishing wax
· Provide wetting and leveling performance
· Provide repeated wetting performance in multi-layer coating applications
