 The main component of Tyzor ® AA-75 titanium ester chelate, titanium acetylacetonate, is stable at room temperature in chelated form. During the printing process, as the solvent evaporates, titanium acetylacetonate can undergo crosslinking reactions with active hydrogens - OH, - COOH, NH2, - CONH2, and - SH in the substrate and ink binder, thereby improving the adhesion of the ink to the substrate and enhancing various properties.

 Suitable for solvent inks such as PA (polyamide), NC (nitrocellulose), PU (polyurethane), PVB (polyvinyl butyral), CAB (cellulose acetate) and other inks containing active hydrogen in connecting materials. The addition amount is generally 0.5-5% of the total weight of resin solid components in the ink. Add AA-75 in the final process, which is to cool the ink to below 40 ℃ after grinding and stir evenly before packaging. Store in a cool and dry place, sealed and away from fire.
