Tyzor® 428 is a clear light yellow titanate catalyst with high catalytic activity. The solvent of Tyzor® 428 is an alcohol-water mixture, which has good stability and provides good activity in the polycondensation reaction during the direct esterification process. Tyzor® 428 is designed for the esterification of TPA or IPA with polyols to replace non-environmental catalysts such as organotin, such as the synthesis of saturated polyesters used in powder coatings and iron coatings.
