The solvent of Tyzor ® 428 titanate chelate is an alcohol water mixture, which has good stability and provides good activity in the condensation reaction during direct esterification.

Tyzor ® 428 titanium ester chelate is designed for esterification reactions between TPA or IPA and polyols, replacing non environmentally friendly catalysts such as organotin, such as in the synthesis process of saturated polyester used in powder coatings and printed iron coatings. In addition, it also has a similar effect in the synthesis of unsaturated polyester/PET.
