Feature

Tyzor® 726 will react with water to form the corresponding alcohol (isopropanol), ethyl ethyl acetate, reactive titanium hydroxide or titanium dioxide.

Tyzor® 726 is more reactive to water than Tyzor® AA and Tyzor® TE, but not as good as Tyzor® TPT.

Tyzor® 726 can react with R-OH, M-OH, R-COOH and other functional groups in polymers, inorganics, and metals at low temperatures. Acts as a polymer crosslinking agent, coating, and adhesion promoter. Tyzor® 726 is particularly suitable as a curing agent in moisture-curing silicone resins. The reaction can be promoted by heating above 60 ° C. Tyzor® 726 can be used as a catalyst for transesterification, esterification, addition, polymerization, alkylation with silicon, etc.

Sealant

Silane cross-linked silicone rubber catalyst, adhesion promoter of various substrates, water removing agent, cross-linking agent.

Printing ink

Through crosslinking, the ink dries faster, has higher solvent and heat resistance, and improves ink adhesion. Adding a small amount of acid will have a better effect.

Esterification (plasticizer, various esters)

Reduce by-products and increase yield, easier to produce

Coating

Improve surface hardness, adhesion promoter, increase dispersibility, color effect, light and heat reflection, pearl effect, improve hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance.

Sol-gel method for manufacturing oxide

Very simple production of special oxides, used in coatings, glass and packaging of different materials.

Catalyst: Tyzor® 726 dosage is 0.1-5%

Crosslinking agent: Tyzor® 726 is added to or dissolved in the polymer or resin curing agent as a crosslinking agent, the concentration is 0.5-5%,

Coating: When the surface of the object treated with Tyzor® 726 dilute solution is heated or exposed to humid air, it will form a layer of TiO2 film with a thermal decomposition temperature of> 350-600 ℃.

Primer: Tyzor® 726 can be used as a primer or surface modification to improve the adhesion of the substrate, usually diluted with isopropanol to a 0.1-5% solution to use. After priming, it can be heated at 80-100 ° C for a short time to help form a surface coating for subsequent processing.

Sol-gel method: fully or partially hydrolyzed Tyzor® 726, in the presence of chelate or in combination with other metal alkoxides will form a sol-gel, used for adhesives, primers, and improve adhesion。
