·Reaction catalyst:
Tyzor ® NPT is an effective catalyst in esterification, ester exchange, condensation, and addition reactions. The effect is to moderate the reaction rate, achieve high yield, be easy to knead, have low toxicity, and be a catalyst with low concentration.
·Paint:
Available Tyzor ® NPT is used to treat glass, metal, fillers, pigments, and plastics to increase surface hardness, promote adhesion, enhance coloring effects, reflect heat and light, rainbow colors, corrosion resistance, and scratch resistance.
·Paint additives:
Tyzor ® NPT can be used as a paint additive to crosslink with - OH and - CCOOH functional polymers or adhesives, promote adhesion, or as an adhesive itself.
·Titanium dioxide pigment and film:
Micro or nano scale titanium dioxide pigments can be obtained from Tyzor ® Formed in NPT. It can also be used to produce polymeric titanium dioxide surface films through pyrolysis or hydrolysis processes.

Tyzor ® NPT is typically formulated with other ingredients for catalytic, cross-linking, or coating applications. Titanium esters are usually added as the final ingredient to prevent unnecessary pre reactions with water or other components. For applications that promote adhesion or surface modification, Tyzor ® NPT can be used as a primer from diluted solutions.
In coating applications, thin polymeric titanium dioxide layers may be formed through heat treatment or hydrolysis processes.
In the sol - For gel application, fully or partially hydrolyzed Tyzor ® NPT is usually combined with other metal alkoxides through the use of sol - The gel treatment enables the metal oxidation system to act as an adhesive or coating.
