Dynasylan® 1122 Bis - (3-triethoxysilylpropyl) amine is a light yellow liquid with an ammonia like odor. Easily soluble in alcohols, aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons.

 Dynasylan® 1122  Bis - (3-triethoxysilylpropyl) amine is a bifunctional organic compound. In the presence of water, its ethoxysilane group undergoes hydrolysis to generate active silanol groups, which can bond to inorganic materials. The amino groups of organic compounds can interact with suitable polymers. Due to the presence of six hydrolyzable substituents in one molecule, Dynasylan ® 1122 is particularly suitable for forming highly cross-linked network structures on or between substrates and organic matrices.
 
 Dynasylan® 1122 The hydrolysis of bis - (3-triethoxysilylpropyl) amine in water requires the action of acidic catalysts (such as formic acid or acetic acid to adjust the pH to 2-3). To achieve solubility in organic solvents, each serving of Dynasylan ® one thousand one hundred and twenty-two Bis - (3-triethoxysilylpropyl) amine requires the addition of 2-4% (by weight) of water. The solution needs to be stirred for 5 hours before use.
 
 Suitable inorganic substances can be glass, glass fiber, glass wool, asbestos, silicic acid, quartz, sand, quartz, calcium silicate, mica; It is also suitable for aluminum hydroxide, kaolin, talc powder, other silicate fillers, metal oxides, and metals. Suitable polymers include epoxy resin, polyurethane, phenolic resin, furan resin, and melamine resin PA、PBT、PC、EVA, Modified PP, PVB, PVAC, PVC, acrylic ester, and silicone organic resin.
 
 Dynasylan® 1122 The secondary amine group in bis - (3-triethoxysilylpropyl) amine endows it with high alkalinity, and compared to the primary amine group, its reactivity is lower.
