Dynasylan ® 4148 Polyether Silane (Also known as:Silane coupling agent 4148,Adhesive 4148,Dispersant 4148）Helping to regulate rheology, viscosity can be reduced in polymer systems with high component fillers, such as polyester systems or SMC adhesive systems with added aluminum hydroxide additives.
 
 Unlike other oligomeric functional silanes, Dynasylan ® 4148 polyethersilane has chemical polarity but no chemical activity, so this product can be used as a water-based compatibilizer but not as a covalent bonding adhesive.
 
 The allowable working viscosity of Dynasylan ® 4148 in unsaturated resin with added aluminum hydroxide additive is over 250 phr. Moreover, Dynasylan ® 4148 can also prevent sedimentation of its anti-corrosion components in ethylene glycol based coolants.

 Dynasylan ® 4148 polyethersilane can be used directly and is soluble in water and most solvents. It can be added to the mixture of fillers or pigments with resin, or used as a pre-treatment agent for fillers and pigments.
 
 Using Dynasylan in a high-speed mixer ®  Spraying 4148 polyether silane onto a stirred bed of fillers and pigments is the best method for pre-treatment of fillers and pigments. In order to achieve optimal filling/pigment treatment, good dispersion of Dynasylan ® 4148 on its surface is necessary.
