 Dynasylan® SIVO 110 SIVO of coating system ®  Sol (also known as:Silane coupling agent 110,Thickener 110）Developed and produced by Evonik Evonik Degussa AG, it is a water-based sol gel system with almost no VOC free. Its main components are organic functionalized silane and functionalized nano-sized SiO2 particles. SIVO of Dynasylan SVIO 110 Coating System ®  Sol is a low viscosity liquid, which is opaque to lotion, and its color ranges from colorless to light yellow. SIVO of Dynasylan ® SIVO 110 Coating System ®  Sols can be diluted with water or various common organic solvents. In addition to containing active silanol groups, the SIVO of Dynasylan ® SIVO 110 coating system ®  The sol also contains organic functionalized silicon-based epoxy groups.
 
 Dynasylan® SIVO 110 SIVO of coating system ®  Sol is particularly suitable for high temperature curing sol gel coating system and sol gel based mixed coating system as binder, bringing special advantages to the system:

 Dynasylan® SIVO 110 SIVO of coating system ®  Sols are aqueous systems that do not contain organic solvents. Unlike traditional alkoxysilane, it does not release alcohols during hydrolysis. SIVO of Dynasylan ® SIVO 110 Coating System ®  Sols contain high concentrations of active silanol functional groups, which can undergo bonding reactions with suitable substrate surfaces and form high-density 2D or 3D siloxane network structures through chemical crosslinking. During the curing process, functionalized SiO2 nanoparticles will be arranged in a tightly packed structure and covalently bound to the siloxane network structure. This phenomenon explains Dynasylan very well ®  SIVO 110 Coating System SIVO ®  The reason why sol can achieve strong hardness and good scratch resistance. In addition, the formed coating can achieve good flexibility at a relatively thin thickness.

 SIVO of Dynasylan ® SIVO 110 Coating System ®  Sols are suitable for use as binder components in high temperature cross-linked sol gel coatings and sol gel mixed coatings. SIVO of Dynasylan ® SIVO 110 Coating System ®  Sol specific:

 Recommended application areas:

SIVO of Dynasylan ® SIVO 110 Coating System ®  Sol process:

Dynasylan® SIVO 110 SIVO of coating system ®  Sols can be miscible with water in any ratio, can also be diluted with common organic solvents such as ethanol, isopropanol, butyl glycol, or methoxypropanol. 
 

SIVO of Dynasylan ® SIVO 110 Coating System ®  Sols can be combined with various water-based binders and other additives, such as Tego ®  Wet280 is compounded. For example, it can form a good miscible system with acrylic resin dispersion system. However, it is best to test for potential compatibility issues such as phase separation or precipitation through storage or stress testing of the final formula. SIVO of Dynasylan ® SIVO 110 coating system by adding acid and alkali ®  The pH value of the sol can be adjusted within the range of 4-9. The addition of acid or alkali should be very careful, because improper se-lection may lead to flocculation or gel. Dynasylan ® SIVO 111 is strongly recommended as a neutralizing agent, while phosphoric acid can be used as an acidifying agent. To achieve an "easy to clean" effect, it is recommended to use Dynasylan ® SIVO 112。

 Dynasylan® SIVO 110 SIVO of coating system ®  The use of sol formula coatings can be achieved through spraying, immersion, or scraping with a medical surgical knife. It is recommended that the dry film thickness after construction be between 0.2-2 μ m (generally, a wet film thickness of 4 μ m corresponds to a dry film thickness of 1 μ m). Therefore, the total amount of product used on smooth substrates is around 5 g/m2. In general, water diluents should be sprayed (e.g. 20 wt.% Dynasylan) ®  SIVO 110, 0.06 wt.% processing aid, 79.94 wt.% water). The surface of the substrate to be treated before construction should be cleaned, dusted, and degreased.
 
 Due to Dynasylan ®  SIVO 110 Coating System SIVO ®  The sol contains water, so the product must be stored above freezing temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 40 ℃. Original unopened Dynasylan ®  SIVO 110 Coating System SIVO ®  The shelf life of sol is one year.
