 PEO-4Z  PEO polyethylene oxide is a non-ionic water-soluble resin that is a high molecular weight white powder.

 PEO-4Z  The molecular weight of PEO polyethylene oxide ranges from 1 to 1.6 million, and the viscosity of a 5% PEO-4Z aqueous solution is between 400 and 7000 MPa at 25 ℃

Although PEO resin is completely water-soluble, the key to preparing an aqueous solution is how to completely disperse PEO powder in water. A simple method is to gradually add PEO to water at an appropriate stirring speed (1-1.5m/s). The prepared adhesive solution is transparent and clear, and there is no impurity precipitation after placement. 

PEO-4Z  Attention should be paid to PEO polyethylene oxide:

· PEO is a high molecular weight resin, and high-speed stirring can break its molecular chains, reducing the viscosity of the adhesive. Therefore, the stirring speed should be controlled.

· PEO aqueous solution is prone to decomposition when exposed to light (especially ultraviolet light), so the prepared powder should be covered and stored in a cool place.

· The viscosity of PEO aqueous solution is greatly affected by temperature, and the viscosity decreases with increasing temperature. When preparing, it is important to maintain a stable ambient temperature as much as possible.
