Platinum catalyst is a colorless and transparent liquid with a slight odor, and is a chemical additive that is immiscible with water.

Platinum catalyst is a highly active and efficient platinum catalyst that can efficiently catalyze Si Vi and Si-H addition reactions without any side reactions. At the same time, this product also has the advantages of good stability and strong anti toxicity, which effectively avoids the generation of black substances during storage or use, and reduces the impact of nitrogen-containing and sulfur-containing substances.

Platinum catalyst can be used as a catalyst for liquid addition silicone adhesive, silicon gel, high temperature addition silicone adhesive, silicone ink addition rubber adhesive, as well as a synthesis catalyst such as polyether silicone oil, amino silicone oil, or an efficient environmental flame retardant for flame retardant silicone products.

Platinum catalysts can be used for ammonia oxidation, unsaturated compound oxidation, and hydrogenation, to remove carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, and organic compounds from gases, and for chemical processes such as alkane and alkene hydroisomerization.

Usage ratio:
a、 When preparing pre mixed rubber materials such as liquid silicone rubber and electronic sealant, add them at a total mass of 2.0-8.0 ppm and mix thoroughly.

b、 When preparing organic silicone release agents, pressure-sensitive adhesives, and other raw materials, add 100-150ppm according to the formula and mix well;

Mix component A and component B with added catalyst in proportion, and after thorough mixing, carry out molding processing according to the actual molding process.

Suggested curing conditions are: 120 ℃/180-300s, or adjusted according to the formula.

The optimal catalyst addition ratio and curing conditions should be determined based on different products and production processes.
