Organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive generally refers to pressure-sensitive adhesives mainly composed of organic silicon polymers, or acrylic and organic silicon modified rubber pressure-sensitive adhesives modified by organic silicon polymers. Compared with traditional acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives and rubber type pressure-sensitive adhesives, it has excellent properties such as chemical resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, heat degradation resistance, oxidation degradation resistance, etc. It can also bond with various difficult to stick materials such as untreated polyolefin (BOPP, PET, PE, etc.) fluoroplastics, polyimides, and polycarbonate.

Organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesives are divided into addition type and condensation type catalytic systems. Addition type is vulcanized with platinum catalyst, while condensation type is catalyzed with organotin catalyst,This product is a highly active and efficient platinum catalyst that can efficiently catalyze the addition reaction of Si Vi and Si-H without any side reactions. At the same time, this product also has the advantages of good stability and strong anti toxicity, which effectively avoids the generation of black substances during storage or use, and reduces the impact of nitrogen-containing and sulfur-containing substances. In addition, it has good selectivity and no by-products; Has little impact on the transparency of the adhesive material and can be used to prepare highly transparent products; Environmental protection, no toxic gas release during the vulcanization process, and other advantages. We have collaborated with several well-known domestic enterprises.

Platinum catalyst is a general term for catalysts made with platinum metal as the main active component. Platinum metal mesh, platinum black, or platinum supported on alumina or other carriers can also contain metal rhenium as a co catalyst component. Mainly used for processes such as ammonia oxidation, petroleum hydrocarbon reforming, unsaturated compound oxidation and hydrogenation, removal of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides from gases, etc. It is a catalyst commonly used in chemical, petroleum, and chemical reaction processes. It has high catalytic activity, strong selectivity, easy catalyst production, and low usage. The catalytic performance can be optimized by changing and improving the manufacturing method, and compounding with other metal or co catalyst active components. Widely applicable, capable of repeated regeneration and activation, with a long lifespan, and the metal palladium from waste catalysts can be recycled and reused. Many varieties of platinum catalysts have become patented products and are applied in various industries. Platinum catalysts with new structures and catalytic functions are still being continuously developed. This not only makes many difficult to achieve reaction processes possible through platinum catalysts, but also improves and enhances many industrial production processes such as petroleum and chemical industries by adopting newly developed platinum catalysts, simplifying the process and increasing economic benefits. Therefore, platinum catalysts still have great development prospects.
