1. Silicon series demolding method

Organosilicon demolding is prepared from organosiloxane as raw material, and its advantage lies in good heat resistance, which makes the surface tension of the mold moderate and easy to form a uniform isolation film. However, after demolding, a layer of oily surface will form on the surface of the product. Before proceeding to the next process, the surface of the product must be cleaned thoroughly. Commonly used products on the market include silicone rubber, emulsified silicone oil, etc.

 

2. Oil wax series demolding method

The main characteristics of using this method for demolding are low cost and good adhesion performance, such as paraffin, sulfonated vegetable oil, polyethylene glycol, etc. Although these can achieve demolding effect, they are not environmentally friendly and also have certain pollution to the mold.

 

3. Active series demolding method

It is to use the surface activity of soap water, glycerin, sodium oleate and other substances to demold the product. Although the isolation performance is good, it can also cause damage to the mold.


4. Fluorine series demolding method

Fluorine materials can significantly reduce the surface energy of solids, making them non adhesive and difficult to infiltrate, and difficult to dissolve with other substances, effectively solving the bonding problem between finished products and molds. When formulated as rubber release agents, the amount of fluorine-containing compounds is extremely small. Suitable for thermoplastic resins, thermosetting resins, and various rubber products, the surface of molded products is smooth, and the secondary processing performance remains excellent, especially suitable for demolding of fine electronic components and automotive parts.
