Usage of Platinum Catalyst:
a、 When preparing pre mixed rubber materials such as liquid silicone rubber and electronic sealant, add them at a total mass of 2.0-8.0 ppm and mix thoroughly.
b、 When preparing organic silicone release agents, pressure-sensitive adhesives, and other raw materials, add 100-150ppm according to the formula and mix well;
Mix component A and component B with added catalyst in proportion, and after thorough mixing, carry out molding processing according to the actual molding process.
Suggested curing conditions are: 120 ℃/180-300s, or adjusted according to the formula.
The optimal catalyst addition ratio and curing conditions should be determined based on different products and production processes.
Storage conditions: Store at low temperature of 10-20 ℃, sealed, and away from light. Do not mix and store with strong oxidants, rubber, high-temperature adhesives, compounds containing nitrogen sulfur and phosphorus, heavy metal substances, etc.

1. Platinum catalysts should be stored separately from strong oxidants to avoid contact with organic compounds such as N, P, S, as well as compounds such as Sn, Pb, Hg, As, and other heavy metal substances.
