Edwin Sparks, the President of Chemours's Specialty Chemicals business, will also lead the Fluorine Products business, effective immediately. Throughout October, they will work closely together to ensure a seamless transition and provide uninterrupted services to Chemours customers and other stakeholders.
Paul has served as the executive initiator of Chemours's corporate social responsibility work, which is closely aligned with his personal passion for environmental management. He left Chemours to become the CEO of 4THBIN, an electronics recycling company he and his brother founded a few years ago.
Edwin's career began at DuPont, where he worked at the New Johnsonville Titanium White Technology Manufacturing Plant. For 25 years, he has held positions in sales, operations, technology, process development, as well as company strategy and capital planning for the company, and his responsibilities have become increasingly important. Recently, as the President of Chemours's Specialty Chemicals business, Edwin has streamlined the organization's operations, driving annual growth in revenue and profit margins.
